CHALLENGE

Our challenge was to find a new Home Delivery tool to take a place at youth's daily life, capture their attention when they feel hungry.
Using their own social life platform was the best way to do this. So decided to use WL Messenger.

IMPLEMENTATION

Presented them an ordering alternative without interrupting their chatting.
Placed a Home Delivery module into Messenger TAB to highlight "Whenever I'm hungry, McD Home Delivery Service is there"
Home Delivery Service was just a click away from Messenger users.
Supported the TAB with banner campaign.

RESULTS

TAB was visited by nearly 300.000 users and received average 35.000 clicks each month.
banners received 180.000 clicks.
The impact increased brand awarenes and interest rates.
